Instead of selecting bluestacks as the application, go to the processes tab, select 00000DFC-HD-Player.exe (it should look something like that, maybe not exact.) Go back to the original settings in cheat engine if you hadn't already Ok, this took me a super long time to figure out, but it is a ton simpler and faster than physical memory.
Edit: just realised that someone had already commented this under this tread, but still read the last 2 paragraphs, because they are really helpful if you get into a situation like those.
